Boccadasse
Boccadasse is one of popular places for tourists and locals, it takes about 15 min by bus from central of Genova. There are colorful houses around the beach.
That beach is not big, actually very tiny, it was much smaller than we expected! Also it is not sand, rock's beach. However people laid down and enjoy getting a sunburn.
We went to one beautiful church, named "Church of St. Anthony". It is beautiful and very calm. That located next to the beach.
After your walking and exploring, there are some restaurants and bars close to the beach. You can eat the fresh seafood pasta also yummy gelato. We went to one small casual restaurant, the owner and his wife are very nice and we enjoyed so much!
Portofino
It was wonderful view and nice trip from Genova. We took a boat, it took about 60 min. While in a boat, we enjoyed the comfort wind and beautiful view.
The boat stopped a few places and we drunk cappuccino and had some snacks also Gelato too!
Finally We arrived at Portofino, it was a wonderful place than we expected.
The building is interesting also they have a nice garden too.
"Chiesa di San Giorgio" is on the same road to "Castello Brown." It's a simple church based white color.
We found a nice bar. After walking, We wanted to drink cold something.
La Spezia
This town is next to "Cinque Terre." La Spezia is the second largest city in the Liguria region.
This town is the same style of Cinque Terre, however this port is important for Italian military and commercial harbor, also there is a major Italian Navy base there.
One small and narrow street close the train station, people can buy some souvenirs or have coffee.
We took the local bus and we went to "Grotta di Lord Byron." This is the end of the land so we can see the small island from there.
We walked up the long stone steps.
We saw some nice ocean view in the middle.
